DAY 7TH, October 24th
Hey there! Ivess's here, and I'm happy to share news about the game's development. A list of things done today:
1) Created official game page and its devlog. Well, it was hard not to see it, right?
2) Added a possibility of losing, technically. There is no way to really lose yet, but the code already supports such scenarios, e.g. having the Crystal broken or the player dead.
3) Created wave system! YAY! Now the game has a basic wave system, which can be described as: the wave contains a certain amount of enemies, after killing all the enemies an intermission (a short break) starts, after the intermission the new wave starts, and so it goes until the very last foe on the very last wave is killed - then the level is completed. I'm personally very happy on this matter since it's quite an important aspect of the game.
On this happy note, I'm going to end writing this devlog post. Future devlogs might not be posted on such frequent basis as they were to this day, because there is quite a lot of work to do including technically difficult stuff and everyday devlogs might be an excess duty because of it.
Thanks for reading! Have a nice day, see you on the next devlog!
